About Me

I work full-time as a ghostwriter and researcher for a leading investment bank, developing high-impact reports on emerging industries and technology trends. I’m also a MarketWatch contributor, where I interview financial experts twice a month. My columns regularly attract more than 100,000 views.

I've conducted indepth interviews with some of the most influential figures in trading, investing, and personal finance including legendary investors Peter Lynch and John Bogle; acclaimed traders William O’Neil, Linda Raschke, Mark Minervini, Larry Williams, Mark D. Cook, Richard Arms, Tom McClellan, and Gerald Appel; and renowned personal finance experts Suze Orman, Robert Kiyosaki, and Taylor Price, a leading Gen Z voice in financial education.

Before becoming a full-time writer, I was a teacher. That experience taught me how to explain complex business and financial ideas in ways that anyone can understand.

Over the years, I’ve been interviewed on dozens of national radio shows and featured on financial news programs, CNBC, and ABC’s World News Now, discussing my books and sharing market insights.

Experience

As a professional writer, I’ve created educational articles, white papers, research reports, press releases, and curriculum—often as a ghostwriter—for some of the world’s leading financial firms.

Best-Selling Books

I’ve written 10 nonfiction books on investing and finance, including two bestsellers:

·       Understanding Options

·      Understanding Stocks

Each has sold over 100,000 copies and has been translated into 13 languages. In addition, my book, "Help Your Child Build Wealth" (Wiley), teaches parents and children how to build wealth using a few simple, low-risk investment strategies. I’ve also recently published "How to Sell Covered Calls," an easy-to-understand book about selling covered calls.

Personal

When I'm not writing, I enjoy beaches, shared meals, good music, fashion shows, e-bike rides, and travel. Although I love dogs, my loyal friend is Lizzie, a cautious but fearless indoor-outdoor cat I rescued in 2022.

The Cost of Peace

Real change begins within—especially freedom, which must be claimed, not given. Some stay in cages while others walk free. Each day, I choose courage and independence over fear, intimidation, and control.

I once had a close friend who lived in a kind of cage, not one made of bars, but of fear, control, and the belief that safety meant obedience. She traded her freedom for the illusion of peace and protection, never realizing that the cost was herself.

For a long time, I thought I could help her see the open door—that if I showed her and told her what true freedom looked like, she'd leave. That's when I learned how hard it is to leave a cage. Eventually, I had to let her go and keep riding. One day, I hope she finds the strength to walk through the door—and finally live the life she deserves.
